Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (including weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to roll, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Trust us, we’re as excited for you to get your new gear as you are!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
All our packages are shipped from Auckland New Zealand.
We offer flat rate shipping within New Zealand for overnight deliveries, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. But guess what? We offer free standard shipping - lucky you!
For international orders, shipping rates will vary based on the destination. Rest assured, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
- NZ Domestic Orders: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- International Orders: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
Packaging
We’re committed to being as eco-friendly as possible. All of our orders are packaged with sustainability in mind—no unnecessary packaging, just what’s needed to get your Quirky Gizmos products to you safely.
Delivery Delays
While we work with NZ post, sometimes things are out of our hands (hello, shipping challenges). We’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop if there’s any delay with your order. If there’s a delay on our end, we’ll send you an email to keep you updated.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, don’t panic! We’ve got you covered. Just reach out to our customer service team at hello@quirkygizmos.co.nz, and we’ll make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We’re unable to change the shipping address once the order has been placed, and we can’t take responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address.
