Refund policy
At Quirky Gizmos, we want you to be as stoked about your purchase as we are about our designs. We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got your back! Here’s everything you need to know about our refund process.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items?
If you’ve received an item that’s damaged or defective, we want to sort that out for you, no questions asked. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• A photo of the damaged product
• Your order number
We will then:
• Offer you a replacement or refund.
• Cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
3. How to Return Items?
Returning items is easy:
• Contact us at hello@quirkygizmos.co.nz with your order details and the reason for the return.
• If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return authorisation and details for returning your product.
• Send the product back to us, and once we’ve received it, we’ll issue your store credit, exchange, or refund.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item, and we want to make sure you’re covered!
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is processed, we’ll initiate your refund or store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. If you paid via credit card, your bank may take an additional few days to process the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
• Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or discounted are non-refundable.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
